America : Constitution is tough, government is non-obeying.

Do you know whats wrong with the legal system and the government of the United States, they follow the bad laws that Congress has passed, they listen to the bad rulings by the Supreme Court, when they should be listening to the good laws that have been passed, the upholding of laws by the Supreme Court, and the United States Constitution.

The Founding Fathers created the greatest Constitution/compact in the world's entire history, filled with restrictions on government power, duties of office, and amendments of rights/freedom for all United States citizens, the balance is what make the document the greatest. The Constitution was to be the law of the land, put into practice by either all, most, or some of the government to serve as a check against the rest of the government, a brilliant system indeed.

There is just one flaw.

No-one is following or enforcing the United States Constitution, which if done correctly - could have stopped nearly every Obama move during the past five months, because nearly every move has violated the Constitution, especially on economics & National security, we could have also stopped the TARP bailouts as well.

With all of this horrible un-constitutional legislation passing, it creates a belief that the Constitution allows these actions, when in fact it does not, a surprising new poll via Rasmussen Reports brings that belief upfront & center :

44% believe the Constitution does not restrict the government enough.

38% believe the Constitution has a good balance.

10% believe the Constitution restricts the government to much.

The problem is not the Constitution as it restricts the government, the problem is that no-one is actually making the point that all of these moves have been illegal! Its hard to enforce a document, when a minority is actually pointing out the majority is breaking the law.

There are some who say the wars in Afghanistan & Iraq are illegal, and according to the Constitution, & rules of law - we have a legal war on our hands, what we do have is the breaking of laws by being involved in the private sector, and by giving terrorist non-citizens legal rights which are only intended for American citizens!

In conclusion, near half of America believes the Constitution does not restrict the American government enough, that claim is 100% false, in reality the government does not follow the Constitution enough, and the only branch of government which has any concern for the United States Constitution in most cases, is the United States Supreme Court.

I am not a Constitutional scholar like Jay Sekulow, I just love America, the Founding Fathers & documents, and I want these principles of the founders & bedrocks of law to be followed as much as possible. Followed the right Conservative way, not the libertarian psychotic way. The founders fought wars & had Morales, then did not hide behind the cloak of idiocracy
