For the first time, the United States Supreme Court has ruled that hiring/not hiring over fears of racial quotas - is wrong! That employers should hire employees not based on racial quotas, but because of their performance.
Once upon a time, white firefighters passed a Lieutenants exam, only two hispanic firefighters passed the exam, and no black firefighters passed the exam, so instead of rewarding whomever did the best for the promotion - the New Haven fire department promoted no-one, because of racial quotas & because of fear of lawsuit from the black or hispanic firefighters.
Well, the white firefighters fought back, and because of the 5-4 ruling from the Supreme Court this morning, affirmative action could be over forever! Job hiring will hopefully be based on performance, and by the race of ones color - fulfilling the dream of Martin Luther King.

Also : Supreme Court Sonia Sotomayor ruled against the white New Haven firefighters, and this is the fourth case to be overturned which she has supported, this should raise eyebrows for all in the United States Senate. Excellent news.
