How about, we blame the killer?

It feels like the fourth or fifth time I have had to write an article like this, asking for all of the liberals nutjobs to stop blaming the Second Amendment, gun rights, and the "gun culture" for the deaths of every dead person which is reported in the news. Such as NFL Quarterback Steve McNair, it is believed his 18 year younger girlfriend killed him, and then herself - murder-suicide. This girl obviously was messed up, and apparently wanted to die & bring McNair along with her, so what if she used a knife? Drugged him? Or a pipebomb? Should we get rid of all construction pipes of what a few idiots do? No.

Should we ban knifes? No.
Should we ban prescription drugs? No.
Should we ban Guns? No.

The second amendment right is precious, it gives Americans the right to bear arms, to defend your home against petty criminals, or a government on tyranny steroids. 80+ Million gunowners with 200+ million guns (please remember, a gun can go its entire life without firing one shot, a criminal has to pull the trigger to make it fire) follow the law every day, in fact in places with the lowest amount of gun restrictions (such as Vermont) have close to no crime, while places with draconian gun restrictions (Washington D.C.) has rampant crime.

Stop putting the idiotic blame of the Second Amendment, and put it on the person who pulled the trigger - who we usually call, a murderer. Liberals always attack what they fear the most, why do they fear tens of millions of legal gunowning American citizens? And blame them for what a few thousand criminals do?

It makes zero sense.

Also, according to studies, guns are used more to protect & go against the bad guys, then to harm the good guys.
