1 Democrat is officially opposed, 2 are wavering (Senator Nelson & Senator Lieberman).
Considering the legislation needs sixty votes, Democrats only have fifty-nine, and one Democrat is 100% against the current Obamacare plan, I would determine that the legislation is dead in the water, perhaps by considerable margins in the United States Senate.
