Holder Still Won't Give Up on NYC Trials for KSM

Despite massive bipartisan outrage over the proposed trial of Khalid Sheik Mohammed, the mastermind of the September 11, 2001 atrocities, Attorney General Eric Holder still is considering holding his trial in New York City. This plan was berated by New York's Independent Mayor Michael Bloomberg as well as NY Democratic Senator Kirsten Gillebrand. GOP reactions to the plan have been decidedly negative.

But of course Holder still doesn't get it:
Still, in his testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Mr. Holder said the administration was taking “into consideration the concerns that have been raised by local officials, and by the community in New York City,” about the cost and disruptiveness of security arrangements that would be needed if the case were to be prosecuted in a Manhattan courtroom. And he did not rule out moving the case to a military commission.
Wow.
