Obama Snubs Our Ally Georgia

Some more news out of the diplomatic front. Apparently President Obama has snubbed the President of Georgia, which is one of our staunchest allies in the world. This comes after Russia invaded the small country in 2008. Georgia has bravely fought with the United States in Iraq and Afghanistan, sending more troops to Iraq than Spain, France, Russia, Canada, or China. They are surging into Afghanistan to help our troops and have cooperated with us to fight terrorism.

So the US response? Leave them out of a summit-- and have their enemy Russia there instead.

In 2008 when Russia invaded one public official made a bold stand for Georgia: John McCain.

And Georgia's response:

Shameful.
