After the previously private photos showing Miss California Carrie Prejean in a "semi-nude" state, the Miss America runner-up might be able to bring this scandal all the way to the bank. There are also rumors of a possible sextape.

The flap ensued after Miss California told judge Perez Hilton that gay marriage should be illegal during the Miss America contest. Since, photos have been leaked to the press, allegedly showing the beauty queen in an intimate setting.

Just today, Donald Trump ruled that Miss America could keep her crown. However, on the one-year anniversary of her becoming Miss California, she is not obligated to follow the beauty pageant rules.

According to sources close to Prejean's family, she was shocked to see all of the fallout over the released photographs. In fact, the pictures were one of the hottest items on Google and Yahoo.

This surprise and the publicity surrounding the incident have opened the possibility for Miss Prejean to continue her time in fame. Reports have surfaced stating that several adult film companies have contacted Miss Prejean and a deal has been struck to begin filming a beauty-pageant-themed film in June 2010.

Despite her conservative leanings, it appears that this opportunity may be taken by Miss California to keep her on top for a little while longer.

Well, I guess theocracy has its upsides as an Iranian cleric was caught on video. This video is sweeping the world and seems to be causing some problems for the religious fundamentalists.

Of course, it is hardly news that hormones do not always heed titular expectations, but this is the first video evidence of a cleric’s misbehavior to spread publicly. Iranians’ glee at exposing such hypocrisy, however, is tinged by another sentiment: anger.

Many remember how last year—ironically in the same province of Hamadan—a medical student was arrested by the “Morality Patrol” for sitting with her fiancé in a public park. When her family was finally allowed to visit her 48 hours later, they were asked to remove her lifeless body. Police claimed she had hanged herself in the temporary detention centre, and the state blocked an investigation by warning that any discussion “would only give the enemy’s propagandists their much-needed opportunity to attack us.”

So they're not perfect, either, huh? Maybe this will convince them to stop attempting to develop nuclear weapons because they realize that they're human too.
