Congressman Peter King : Dont let Bush tax cuts end, don't close Gitmo.

Congressman Peter King, according to this article on NewsMax.com :

http://www.newsmax.com/headlines/peter_king_tax_cuts/2009/01/26/175377.html

Believes that allowing the Bush Tax cuts to expire, would be an immediate tax increase on the American public, I agree 100% with Mr.King, I also agree with his assesment that closing down Gitmo was the wrong move in time of fighting two wars, and especially since a majority of released inmates from Gitmo go right back to the front-lines, to kill more of our Troops.

I have a feeling, Congressman King is getting ready for a Senate run.

The end of Caroline Kennedy for Senate?

New York has elected Chuck Schumer time and time again, the man that has called for a fairness doctrine, plus compared talk radio - a freedom of the press, as guarenteed under the United States Constitution to child porn, the sick mind he has indeed, why would we reject to having Caroline Kennedy as Senator? As she has no experience, no working experience, no electoral experience, she has set the record for saying "you know" 30 times in 2 minutes.

She is a disgrace, she would be another vote for Reid, Pelosi, Obama, and more Liberal tactics then ever before, she would promote no legislation, and is very anti-constitution.

According to this poll on the Daily Gazette, http://www.dailygazette.com/polls/2009/jan/0104_kennedy/results/
New Yorkers are done with Caroline Kennedy, we want nothing to do with her.

Now lets look ahead to the 2010 election for the Republican side, it appears Congressman Peter King might be the front runner, I might support him , as he is a devout supporter of the Iraq war, but he is a little on the iffy side on Constitutional issues as well, I would prefer former Yonkers Mayor John Spencer, the race is wide open as of now. Lets also remember, another election will be in 2012 as well.

2010 is just a year away, but for now lets keep on watching the NY Senate appointment discussion, as for either candidate - we will get more of the same from liberalism in New York, we need change in New York, Conservative Republicanism change, pro-troop, pro-constitution, pro-America, oh yes we will!

Authors note : any jab I can get at Obama, I will take.

:)
