Jim Tedisco for Congress

I would like to make a stand concerning the upcoming election for Congress in Upstate New York. Being an Upstater, this isn't my district, but is a neighbor. That is why, with the health of our nation and state in mind, I endorse Jim Tedisco for Congress.

Tedisco has served our area for years, providing ample representation and job creation. He has stood out as a leader of the Republican caucus and against the runaway growth of government. He has pushed for lower taxes and will benefit our area.

Scott Murphy also has experience, but not nearly as much as Tedisco. Nor does Murphy have the expertise or maturity to take on the role of a United States Congressman.

Tedisco is looking out for Upstate, whether in the State Senate or US Congress. He is a dedicated public servant who will represent us well.

For lower taxes, accountability, and responsibility, vote for Jim Tedisco on March 31.

Big Surprise as Zombie Theodore Roosevelt Endorses McCain

BREAKING-- Arlington, VA

After almost ninety years of silence, former President and current zombie Theodore Roosevelt has torn the roof off of his casket and has held a press conference.

Speaking in his characteristic higher-pitched voice and using nineteenth-century slang, Roosevelt spoke in no uncertain terms about Senator McCain, "I've been following the newsreels and I must proceed that John McCain is a true bulwark of American patriotism, and will work to defend all 46 states of our great union."

Roosevelt, a cousin of President Franklin Roosevelt, also stated that Senator McCain's war record was also reason to vote for him on Tuesday. "When I charged San Juan Hill and brought the power of freedom to Cuba, people thought I was a hero. Senator McCain flew in an aeroplane and even used it to kill no-good socialist-anarchists." The preceding President to Roosevelt, William McKinley, was assassinated by an anarchist.

Speaking on a podium, Roosevelt wore his trademark glasses and it was noted that most of his skin still was on his body. His burial suit was in surprisingly good shape. "We must stand for a brighter future." Roosevelt said, "It's getting to late to be doing stuff like this often."

When asked about future plans, Roosevelt stated that he would like to record a Victrola album and hop on the trolley one last time. After that, he has a game of billiards against arch-rival Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria-Hungary.

Political Endorsements

Well, it's come to that time again.
Not that anyone cares or anyone will read this, but, as an important elected official, I need to state where I stand.
So my 2008 election endorsements:

PRESIDENT: John McCain (R)
HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES: Paul Tonko (D)
STATE SENATE: Jim Seward (R)
STATE ASSEMBLYMAN: Pete Lopez (R)
COUNTY CORONER: Jade Setias (D) write-in
NYS SUPREME COURT: Panagiota Avitabile (D) write-in

That's all of the ones I can think of. If I can think of more, I'll post them.
