So Who are these Revolution Muslim Scumbags, Anyway?

Let's get down to some bare bones on who these people are who threated to kill South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone. They're from a site called Revolution Muslim, which if you didn't figure out, is a site dedicated to jihadist principles and Muslim fundamentalism.

They posted that Parker and Stone had to be careful that they didn't turn out like Theo van Gogh, who was brutally murdered for covering extremist Muslims' hatred and maltreatment of women. They also sent writer Ali Hirshi into hiding.

These scumbags were called out by FoxNews two entire years ago for the crap they were pulling. According to the article:

The 39-year-old New York taxi driver launched RevolutionMuslim.com with the mission of “preserving Islamic culture,” “calling people to the oneness of God” and asking them to “support the beloved Sheik Abdullah Faisal, who’s preaching the religion of Islam and serving as a spiritual guide.”
In 2003 Faisal was convicted in the U.K. for spreading messages of racial hatred and urging his followers to kill Jews, Hindus and Westerners. In sermon recordings played at his trial, Faisal called on young, impressionable Muslims to use chemical weapons to “exterminate unbelievers” and “cut the throat of the Kaffars [nonbelievers] with [a] machete.”

Islamists Threaten South Park Creators

Yes, they say that they're not, but their tone is certainly akin to something out of the mafia. "We're just saying that it'd be unfortunate if someone broke your face if you didn't pay protection money, eh?" Well, maybe the Canadian mafia.

Anyway, we have an article on CNN stating that this Islamic website called Islamic Revolution (peaceful sounding, no?) are saying that because Trey Parker and Matt Stone use satire as a weapon, they might just accidentally be killed. Actually, they're starting to sound like Gateway Pundit and LGF, the more they speak.

From the CNN article:

Over still photographs of Parker, Stone, van Gogh and others, the website runs audio of a sermon by the radical U.S.-born preacher Anwar al-Awlaki, who is now in hiding in Yemen. The sermon, recorded some time ago, talks about assassinating those who have "defamed" the Prophet Mohammed -- citing one religious authority as saying "Harming Allah and his messenger is a reason to encourage Muslims to kill whoever does that."

This is starting to sound like the exact reason they put on that episode. Life imitates Phil.

White House May Have to Release 9/11 Suspects on Technicality

KSM to Go Free in White House Legal Error?
Dylan Ruegger
Ottawa Sun

American civil and defense attorneys are bristling at the legal back-and-forth between the White House and the Justice Department. For the last month it has been widely reported that the Obama Administration was considering trying al Qaeda suspects tied to the September 11, 2001 attacks in military court. This would be a reversal of their earlier push to try the defendants in a New York City court.

While this move has been applauded by members of both the Republican and Democratic establishments, it has not gone over well with legal experts at both the Pentagon and in the Justice Department. According to one senior attorney speaking on terms of anonymity, the change in legal settings could set off a chain reaction leading to a mistrial.

According to American law, most changes of legal venues occur only after it has been determined that a suspect cannot receive a fair trial. If these suspects were American citizens, a change to another court would have been a simple matter. However, due to the legal changes regarding terrorist detainees put in place by the Obama Administration, this is not as simple.

"You have the al Qaeda suspects being presumed innocent until proven guilty," said one
Justice Department attorney's aide, "If the trials are moved to Guantanamo Bay, the suspects' lawyers can legally challenge that the federal government changed the venue only to increase the chance of a guilty verdict."

If this is indeed the case, the Obama Adminstration would also be legally unable to return the trials to the original destination. Under these circumstances it is possible, but still not likely, that a circuit court could determine that the attempted changes constituted a miscarriage of justice and that the suspects would have to be set free.

While this situation is unlikely, it is still unsettling for many in the legal community, especially those who have been tracking al Qaeda.

"The chance of them being set free is maybe five percent." said our source at the Pentagon, "But five percent is still five percent too high."

Obama Administration officials have defending this course of action, claiming that the continuity of American justice during wartime was an utmost concern. Attorney General Eric Holder's office simply told one FOXNews affiliate simply, "Justice will be served."

An Interview With Infidels are Cool

Jumping in Pools is proud to present our 51st interview in our ongoing series. This time we're interviewing John from Infidels are Cool, an anti-jihadist website. So check them out and bookmark 'em if you like the site.

1. When and why did you start Infidels are Cool?

I started IAC mid 2006 primarily to have an outlet to vent my frustrations with the ever growing threat of radical Islam at home and around the globe. It's turned into much more than that diving deep into the culture and doctrines of Islam and how/why so many Muslims today still adhere to the violent and politically radical way of thinking that goes against pretty much every value the Western World has been standing for since our existence. IAC isn't intended to be a site about the religious aspects of Islam (however I may disagree), but more the cultural, political, and militant nature tied to those religious beliefs that millions of people still adhere to and which millions of so called "moderates" brush aside, ignore, and vilify those who would be critical of Islam.

Among other things, my political views are generally conservative-libertarian and we write a lot exposing leftist Marxists all around the world, especially those in America who've taken over much of the Democratic Party.

2. In a recent poll, Canadians listed climate change as a worse threat to their country than international terrorism by 2-1. What is your reaction?

I'm not surprised. First of all, they're not as worried about it because they haven't been hit my a major attack unlike the US and others. On top of that, Canadians politically lean more left, more socialist, more statist. It's not surprising, that when you think about the fraud that's been perpetrated by American and European leftist about global warming that so many people would believe it. I personally believe there is some sort of climate change, but I think it's an absurd notion that humans are the cause of it. I also believe that statists around the globe are using climate change as a mechanism to assert more state and global power which is the ideal leftist utopia. If you have a reason to control societies with statist policies, Global Warming is the perfect way to achieve those means. As we now know, the frauds have been exposed with the Climate Gate scandal and man-caused global warming has been proven to be a total and utter fabricated lie perpetrated by the IPCC and others.

3. What was President Obama's best moment in office thus far? Worst?

Best moment? Hard to say with so many outright lies, failures and destructive policies.

Worst moment? I think the video put out where he promises 8 times to the American people about putting healthcare reform talks on C-span was devastating. The American people don't forget such outright blatant lies like that. Notice how Obama hasn't had a press conference in 6 months? Wonder why?

4. Can you tell me about a not well-known hero in the fight against jihad?

I would have to say the hundreds of bloggers who've all started websites promoting this information across as many channels as possible. I know there are a handful of anti-jihad sites who have done well, but most don't notice the enormous amount of people who've contributed in smaller ways, yet their power is in their numbers. An army of 500 bloggers exposing Islamic Jihad, in my opinion, is more powerful than any one large site. It's the grass roots of the internet, really. They may not be well noticed, but they're making a huge impact on the flow of information.

5. What's the best part about running your site?

The ability to bring important information the average person wouldn't normally find in the everyday mainstream media. I follow about 600 news feeds from all over world every single day. Bringing the news and getting it out quickly is something I've been good at and something I know a lot of people appreciate. The community that we've built is also a huge motivator for me.

6. Do you have a favorite for the 2012 election yet? Would you vote for Joe Lieberman against Barack Obama?

No I don't have a favorite yet. I honestly think someone else is going to emerge as a strong candidate that we haven't seen yet. Remember, despite the backlash Democrats are seeing, the Republican party is still trying to find itself. We've seen the revolt through the Tea Party movement and I think that's a reflection of the American people being fed up with not only the extreme leftist agenda of Obama/Pelosi/Reid, but also the shenanigans of RINO Republicans. Hopefully the Republican party will get back to it's roots of strong Reagan Conservatism.

I like Lieberman a lot on National Security. His hawkish nature makes me feel like he really cares about pro-actively protecting the American people. He is still a Democrat though and there are major differences in terms of social and economic policy. As for Lieberman over Obama? I don't know if that would ever happen unless Lieberman went back to the Democratic Party and defeated Obama in the primary as a Democrat. Even then, I'm not a Democrat so I couldn't vote.

Interview with Robert Spencer of Jihad Watch.

In one of the most interesting interviews I have ever conducted via email Robert Spencer of the well-received Jihad Watch discusses the ever increasing terrorist threat to the United States, how to defeat sharia law, and his new book. This is the 33rd in JiP's interview series.

From all at Jumping in Pools, we would like to offer our thanks to Mr. Spencer for answering the questions of a few bloggers from the hills of New York, we appreciate it.

Tim Knight - Mr.Spencer, during the eleven months Obama has been in office, has the terrorist threat in the United States increased or decreased?

Robert Spencer - It has sharply increased. 2009 has been a record year for jihad plotting by American citizens and U.S.-based jihadis. A full one-third of the domestic jihad plots that have been uncovered and attacks that have been perpetrated since 9/11 have emerged in 2009. My friend and colleague Steve Emerson of the Investigative Project says: “There’s definitely a rise in jihad recruits and volunteers in the United States, whether they’re concerning plots here in the U.S. or whether they involve material support to terror plots overseas.”

It looks as if the jihadists have been emboldened by Obama’s weakness.

TK - Mr.Spencer, what do you believe was Obama's greatest mistake in his three months of dithering on Afghanistan?

RS - There were so many mistakes, it is hard to choose. He ruled out defeating the Taliban and victory in any sense as part of the objective there, so that our troops are glorified social workers, putting their lives on the line in order to build schools and hospitals that will in many cases be blown up by the Taliban, and will not move the Afghan populace to love us in any case. He has spoken glowingly of the “great religion of Islam,” undercutting the efforts of human rights activists to draw attention to the plight of women and non-Muslims under the rule of Islamic law. He has spoken, with a fantastic disregard for reality, about the “moderate Taliban,” and signaled his willingness to surrender large portions of Afghanistan to the real Taliban, with all their brutality and oppression.

But probably the worst is his casual treatment of American lives. He left the American troops that were already there twisting slowly in the wind while he slowly made his decision.

TK - Mr.Spencer, it appears the radical Islamic sharia law is coming closer and closer to the United States, how do we fight this evil?

RS -

  • Enforce existing laws. Section 2385 of the federal criminal code states that “whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government...shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.”
If this law were enforced against Islamic supremacist groups in the United States, the stealth jihad could be stopped in its tracks.
  • Reclassify Muslim organizations. Any Muslim group in America that does not explicitly renounce, in transparent and manifest deed as well as word, any intention now or in the future to replace the Constitution of the United States with Islamic Sharia should either be closed or, at a minimum, be classified as a political rather than a religious organization and made subject to all the responsibilities and standards to which political organizations must adhere. Likewise, mosques and Islamic schools should be closely monitored, and any that preach Islamic supremacism in the United States summarily closed.

  • Call a moratorium on Muslim immigration into the United States. This is a simple matter of national security. Immigration policy must work toward the integration of all immigrants, and the all-encompassing societal program of Sharia makes the integration of pious Muslims ultimately impossible. While there are undoubtedly millions of Muslims who have no interest in jihad either by violence or stealth, no Islamic authorities anywhere in the world have declared heretical or in any way unacceptable the idea that non-Muslims must be fought against by various means and subjugated under the rule of Islamic law. Unless and until that begins to happen, no one can be sure of the sentiments of any individual believer. Consequently, simply to protect ourselves, there should be a moratorium on Muslim immigration, combined with a clear notice to Muslims in the United States that any action on behalf of Sharia supremacism is unacceptable.
  • Take pride in our own culture. We must reject the revisionism and self-hatred that dominates the textbook view of U.S. history and Western civilization today, and recognize that Western culture, threatened in many particulars that we take for granted, is worth defending. American schools should rescue their curriculum from the empty rhetoric of inclusion and multiculturalism, and place a greater emphasis on the study of our own country and of Western civilization. We must re-learn our own history, take pride in it, and revere – not find new ways to deride – those who built the political and legal institutions of this country, with its unrivalled freedoms and solicitude for the individual. As far as the study of Islam goes, we must demand that schools eliminate the misinformation deliberately inserted in textbooks by Islamic interest groups.

TK - Mr.Spencer, Israel is going to have to attack Iran at some point, regardless of what "deal" is made? Iran seeks the destruction of Israel, nothing will stop that. When should Israel launch an attack, and should the United States be involved?

RS - Israel should act sooner rather than later. The longer it waits, the more multifarious and entrenched the Iranian nuclear program is. The United States should certainly be involved, but probably won’t be in this age of Obama. Probably the best thing we can hope for is that the U.S. doesn’t prevent Israel from acting.

TK - Mr.Spencer, tell us a little about your new book with Pamela Geller?

RS - The Post-American Presidency: The Obama Administration’s War On America is a thoroughgoing expose of how Obama is subverting American sovereignty, turning allies into enemies and enemies into allies, acting against the freedom of speech and other Constitutional protections, and carrying out a radical socialist program that could lead the nation to disaster. Right now it will be published in July by the Threshold imprint of Simon and Schuster; in light of the rapid pace of events they may decide to bring it out sooner.

TK - Mr.Spencer, besides for your Neo-Conservative beliefs, what other political opinions do you hold?

RS - I don’t characterize myself as a neo-conservative. The term is elastic and often sloppily used, sometimes with a nasty ethnic undertone. I do believe that America should defend herself when attacked, and value the freedom of speech, freedom of conscience, the equality of all citizens before the law – all of which are under attack today from Islamic jihadists and their far-Left allies.

TK - Mr.Spencer, Wikipedia has become a tool to use against Conservatives such as yourself, and Conservatism as a whole, do we ignore or combat the inaccuracies at Wikipedia?

RS - Certainly my Wikipedia bio is marred with inaccuracies, distortions, and half-truths, placed there in order to give people the worst possible impression of my work. What’s more, I’m told that when people try to edit it to make it more accurate, someone generally erases what they have done within hours. Supporters have told me that it sometimes seems as if the forces supporting jihad, Sharia, and statist Leftism are standing by.

And I’m by no means alone in this – it happens to virtually everyone who is standing against the Leftist/jihadist alliance. And while I am sympathetic to attempts to combat Wikipedia’s inaccuracies, it seems that they are generally futile.

The only real problem regarding Wikipedia is that anyone takes it seriously as a source of information. It seems to me that it would be far easier to explain to people why Wikipedia is worthless than to try to keep any accurate information up there.

TK - Mr.Spencer, the 2012 Presidential election is under three years away, who do you want to run for President?

RS - Anyone who will defend American freedom and stand up against the increasing assault upon our Constitutional rights and protections by the hard Left and their man in the White House.

Jailed for Making Anti-Islam Film

Geert Wilders, who is a fascist leader in the Netherlands, will be charged for making statements against a religion. While Wilders is characterized by many as just a right-wing politician, his policies of division and strong-armed tactics are either fascist or near-fascist. He should not hold any national office and should be ashamed of many of his policies.

However, this does not mean that he should be in jail or charged for making statements in a free society. In fact, this is one of the statements made by the court:

"The court also considers appropriate criminal prosecution for insulting Muslim worshippers because of comparisons between Islam and Nazism made by Wilders," it added.

What? So many Americans and Europeans were saying, without knowing what it meant, that President Bush was a Nazi. Now all of a sudden it's a crime to compare something with Nazism.

Islam is not Nazism. Islam is not fascism. Islam is the third Abrahamic religion and worship the same God that most people in this country do. However, the fanatics that use and manipulate Islam are fascists and unfortunately, it bred fascists in Europe.
