President Obama Sides With Ground Zero mosque.

President Barack Obama announced his support for the Ground Zero mosque yesterday evening during a White House event observing Ramadan. This comes just after a Fox News poll was released yesterday that found 64% of American voters think building a mosque near Ground Zero is just wrong.

Can anyone say tone deaf?

Not only is President Obama siding against an overwhelming majority of American voters on this subject (a subject bound to be heard from again in 2012), but he is also standing against the 9/11 victims and their families, and with the religion that caused 3,000 innocents to lose their lives on the worst attack against America since Pearl Harbor.

I don't know about you, but this Administration just keeps getting worse and worse and worse. I cannot believe that Obama would stand against 64% of the public because of "religious freedom" or religion at all. His stand is based on his radical ideology of appeasement and surrender, I have and you have seen this time and time again, but I don't think anyone ever expected it to reach such a level of pure insanity.

This mosque has nothing to do with religion, but with recognition.

Recognition of Islamic superiority over the West.

That's what Obama has signed up for; what our Soldiers signed up against.

The Jewish Vote in 2012.

The last Republican Nominee to capture the Jewish-American vote in a Presidential Election was Warren Harding, during the 1920 Presidential Election; and that only happened because Jewish-Americans split their vote between Socialist Eugene Debs and Democrat James Cox.

The only other Republican to come close to winning the Jewish-American vote since 1920 was Ronald Reagan in 1980; when John Anderson won 14% of the Jewish-American vote; allowing Reagan to almost capture a plurality over Jimmy Carter. No surprise there.

However, after decades of Democratic domination over the Jewish vote; could 2012 be the year another Hebrew Exodus occurs? Considering the ever-increasing anti-Israeli tone of the current Administration towards our allies and friends in Israel; anything could happen in just 30 months.

But could the next Republican Nominee really capture the Jewish-American electoral vote? In four decades the Republican Party will win the Jewish-American vote by default; considering a interesting trend in Jewish voting patterns over the past few years, that trend being that young Jews are more Conservative, and thus more Republican than their elders.

In the end it will come down to the Obama Administration: Do they want to retain a 90 year old Democratic voting bloc, or do they want to appease the enemies of Israel; through UN Treaties designed to target, exploit and blame Israel over current Middle Eastern conflicts.

I'm not Jewish, and thus I have no standing within their community or voting bloc, but I would like to make this personal appeal to my fellow Americans; Which Party has supported Israel in the best and worst of times? Which Party continues to stand with Israel, regardless of the cost we might pay at the polls? Which Party refuses to blame Israel for the mistakes of the Arab world?

You know which one I'm talking about.

Also, the conditions are right for a Jewish-American Republican to receive the Nomination in 2012, and to restore Conservatism in the Jewish community. And the conditions are also right for a Republican, regardless of nationality, to receive the largest percentage of Jewish votes since 1980.

The Second Amendment under President Obama.

When the Obama Administration took over last January; I was understandably concerned about what impact the current White House, when combined with two Democratic controlled Houses of Congress, would have on America's Second Amendment. However, out of all the blunders and all the unconstitutional actions; America's Second Amendment has actually been strengthened over the past 16 months.

Considering the anti-second amendment feeling within the White House; how could America's most important right be strengthening?

1. The National Rifle Association has grown to 4 million members. While other Conservative organizations have benefited from tax, health care and other-in-the-news' issues of general importance; Second Amendment issues have rarely been discussed.

2. After the President was inaugurated last year; millions upon millions of Americans bought firearms, ammo and other gun related items as fast as they could. Reasonable Americans no longer took their Constitutional right for granted.

3. Pro-Gun legislation has been passed across the United States; from Tennessee to the Halls of Congress. Legislation to allow Right-To-Carry gunholders to carry weapons across state lines almost passed in the Senate; and pro-gun language absolutely stalled the "Washington DC" voter rights act.

It's true that Sonia Sotomayor has been confirmed as a Supreme Court Justice, and that Elena Kagan will also be confirmed to the Court and will oppose our Second Amendment rights as well; but a slim Court majority of 5 Justices should forever stop Cities such as Chicago from prohibiting local gunowners from possessing firearms, when the McDonald v. Chicago case is eventually decided.

While every other part of the United States Constitution has been threatened, raped and harassed by officials within the Obama Administration; the Second Amendment has survived and thrived under a seemingly hostile White House; proving the political hazard of messing with America's most important right.

A Sinking Ship - the Obama Administration

The Obama administration is a sinking ship, they have hit the iceberg, and they are quickly becoming a lameduck administration. While attempting to force government run health care down our throats, politicize the CIA, and pander to terrorists overseas, the polling numbers and trust among the American voters has decreased to record lows.

As for today, the Rasmussen Reports daily approval poll has Obama at 46% approval, while 53% of the National disapproves of his job performance. Remember, 53% voted for Obama last November, and 47% combined voted for John McCain or third party candidates. Now keep in mind that Rasmussen uses a different model of sampling than other pollsters, but their model targets likely voters, instead of random adults.

This means their sample includes more Americans who are likely to enter the ballot box.

What does this mean for Obama? It means that the American public is no longer feeling all hopey-changey over his socialistic plans; they want bedrock Conservatism, and that is something Obama cannot offer. If Obama continues to push this health care legislation, among other big government plans, he might as well start planning his post-Presidential life.
