Obama: The Economy's Great, Now Shut Up and Give Me a "Big Round of Applause"
President Obama, amidst news that the employment rate has increased to 9.6 despite his declaration that this season was a "recovery summer," stated today that the economy is doing great. Then, during his speech, he demanded people applaud him, stating that the jobs he has created "deserve a big round of applause:"
At times you honestly wonder if he believes the tripe that he is spewing. He "deserves a big round of applause?" There's spin and then there's actually believing lies and having the arrogance to back it up.

Proof: Democrats at Fault for the Recession
Claims have been bandied about that President Bush was at fault for the economic down-turn that began in late 2007. Until now, Democrats have pointed the finger at our 43rd President, stating that he single-handedly pushed our nation to the brink of economic collapse. That stops today. Examining unemployment, national debt data, and GDP growth, the truth becomes clear and apparent. President Bush was not at fault for the recession we are in. The Democrats who took over Congress in 2007 are.
From 1995 to January of 2007, Republicans held at least one house of Congress. However, in the 2006 mid-term elections, Democrats won control of both the House and Senate. They took their new offices in January, 2007. Soon after that time until now, the United States has entered a deep recession, often attributed to President Bush. However, examining the actions of the Democratic Congress and the effects that came, the truth is revealed.
Unemployment is a figure that commands the attention of everyone, from the rich to the poor. Examining its data seems the logical place to start. While President Bush and Republicans controlled Congress, unemployment stayed around 5%, increasing by slightly over 1% after 9/11, from 4.7% to 6.3% in January of 2002. However, it eventually fell to 4.1% by the time of the November 2006 election. After Democrats took office, they passed incredibly expensive new bills, including raising minimum wage and the CLEAN Energy Act.
Under the Democrats, unemployment started to balloon. It stated to climb, rising past 4.5%, past 5%, past 6%, and past 6.5%, all the way to 8.5% by the time they had been in office for just two years. By then, President Obama had been inaugurated, and unemployment continued to rise as spending increased. This chart explains, in depth, the bills Democrats passed, and the effects they had from November 2006-March 2010 (click for a sharper, bigger image):
As you can see, the massive new spending that has been taking place from 2007-the present has had a major effect on unemployment.
A large National Debt data is also something that Democrats like to blame President Bush for. However, examining our debt as a percent of our GDP shows the truth again. This number sounds complicated, but in fact it is pretty simple. "Our debt as a percent of our GDP" simply means that if our GDP is $100 and our debt is $60, then our "debt as a percent of our GDP" is 60%. From 2001-2007 (when Republicans left office), the percent of our debt grew from 57.4% to 65.6%, or 8.8% (around 1.2% a year). Though the number did rise, you must take into account 9/11, the devastation from Hurricane Katrina, and the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. Further, from 2005-2007, it slowed to an average of .5% per year, which means it may have began to go down in the near future.
Then Democrats took office. In their first full year in office, the debt as a percent of GDP rose 4.6%, from 65.6% to 70.2%. The next year was even more astounding, as the percent rose 15.9%, to 86.1%. So far this year, the percent is up another 5% to 91.1%. This graph explains in greater detail (click for a better image):
See the huge spike on the right side? That's when Democrats took control of Congress.
The growth of our very economy is also very important to examine. Under President Bush and the Republican Congress, our GDP grew on average around 3%, peaking in the fall of 2003 to nearly 7%. The GDP only decreased in the immediate aftermath of 9/11, and that was only for one quarter.
Then Democrats took Congress. At the beginning of 2008, our GDP sharply dropped. By the end of 2008, it was retracting at a rate of almost 7%. This graph shows everything in more detail (click for a bigger, sharper image):
The fall in growth under Democrats is amazing.
Examining this data, there can only be one conclusion: the United States entered our recession as the result of the Democratic takeover of Congress in 2007. The truth is out. Once again, the Democratic strategy of blaming President Bush for everything is revealed to be a lie. It is quite possible that the only way to remedy the recession we are in is to once again elect a Republican majority.

Obama: Are You Aware of How Great I Am?
I know that I shouldn't be surprised by this, but President Obama has decided to credit himself for our (and President Bush's) victory in Iraq. If you're not aware, here is Obama saying that the surge could not work and that "no amount of American lives can resolve the political disagreement that lies at the heart of someone else's civil war." Oh, and that the first thing he'd do is pull us out of Iraq:

President Obama Sides With Ground Zero mosque.
President Barack Obama announced his support for the Ground Zero mosque yesterday evening during a White House event observing Ramadan. This comes just after a Fox News poll was released yesterday that found 64% of American voters think building a mosque near Ground Zero is just wrong.
Can anyone say tone deaf?
Not only is President Obama siding against an overwhelming majority of American voters on this subject (a subject bound to be heard from again in 2012), but he is also standing against the 9/11 victims and their families, and with the religion that caused 3,000 innocents to lose their lives on the worst attack against America since Pearl Harbor.
I don't know about you, but this Administration just keeps getting worse and worse and worse. I cannot believe that Obama would stand against 64% of the public because of "religious freedom" or religion at all. His stand is based on his radical ideology of appeasement and surrender, I have and you have seen this time and time again, but I don't think anyone ever expected it to reach such a level of pure insanity.
This mosque has nothing to do with religion, but with recognition.
Recognition of Islamic superiority over the West.
That's what Obama has signed up for; what our Soldiers signed up against.

Who will Indiana vote for in 2012? Not Obama.
President Barack Obama won Indiana by a whopping 28,391 votes in 2008, along with their crucial 11 electoral votes. And he accomplished all of that without winning more than 20% of the counties within the state, and while Governor Mitch Daniels (R) won reelection with over 57% of the vote.
Was Indiana apart of a dramatic political realignment?
Absolutely not.
Indiana might have fallen for Obama's message of "Hope and Change" in 2008, but the Hoosiers are now singing a new tune in 2010: "Coats for Senate". According to a new Rasmussen Reports poll on Indiana's Senate race, Mr.Coats is leading his Democratic opponent by 21%, while Mitch Daniels is enjoying a 65% approval rating.
However, that's not the biggest story out of Indiana. According to that same Rasmussen Reports poll, which documents a Dan Coats' lead and a popular Daniels' in Indiana, President Obama has huge problems with the Hoosier electorate, especially on a personal level - his approval rating is 39%, and his disapproval rating is 60%.
I'm flashing back to the 2004 Presidential Election. You know, when then President George W. Bush won Indiana with 60% of the vote, and Senator John Kerry could only muster a measly 39% of the vote. Those were the days, and it appears our political landscape could once again recapture the magic of Bush Mania.
Indiana (1.04%), North Carolina (0.32%) and Missouri (0.14%) were the three closest states during the last Presidential election. However, after 19 months of President Barack Obama in charge, all three of those states are looking forward to a Republican sweep in 2012.

Obama Approval Scrapes 40%
Barack Obama's supporters are falling precipitously-- and that's not from a poll from Fox or Rasmussen. Instead, left-leaning USA Today partnered with Gallup to create a new job performance poll. And they must not have liked what they saw.
Approve: 41%
Disapprove: 53%
President Obama's job approval is sinking swiftly-- and even worse for him, his disapproval is now peaking over 50%. Looks like we'll need another $6 trillion in stimulus spending to counteract this, stat!
And conveniently, the article in USA Today has the poll snuck near the bottom so most casual readers would have missed it. It was stuck under other more bad news for Obama-- that people disapprove of his handling of the War in Afghanistan with just 36%.

Quinnipiac: 37% believe US would have been better off with McCain as President.
This is definitely the poll result of the week.
According to a recently released poll from Quinnipiac University, a plurality of American citizens believe our Nation would have been better off had John McCain been elected President, instead of Barack Obama. A surprising and, at the same time confirming result by all accounts.
37% believe America would have been better off.
35% believe America would have been worse off.
15% believe America would have been the same.
13% don't know anything, and thus are undecided.
Just 18 months ago America was inaugurating a new President, and now it appears our Nation wanted another man, one with experience, wisdom, and confidence. I feel it's safe to say that a Nation begging for change, got robbed and wants a refund.
What say you?

Will Obama face a Primary challenger?
I know that this topic has been written to death, but is it really possible that President Barack Obama could face a well funded Primary challenger during the 2012 Democratic Primaries? I might be wrong, but besides for Representative Kucinich of Ohio, who represents the nuttiest nuts of the left, no-one else will challenge Obama.
What about Hillary Clinton? - The masses are screaming at me. I've considered it, and I absolutely believe she will not run, because she absolutely cannot win. How could she win? Running from the Liberal flank against Obama? Running from the Centrist flank against Obama? What about the Black voters, and Operation Chaos voters?
It's impossible! On all counts!
As Conservatives, and as Republicans we need to face the music - Our lone chance of Victory against President Barack Obama depends on who we Nominate to face him, which we have 2 years or so to decide upon, and hopefully it's a united decision, and not a bitter Primary race such as what we had in 2008 (Romney and Huckabee should stay away).
Your thoughts?

Did Obama Know About the Blago Senate Deal?
This is actually pretty interesting, especially considering I wrote a satirical pice over a year ago to this effect. Apparently the former Governor of Illinois believes that President Obama was in on his attempt to sell his former Senate seat, at least according to things coming out of the Blago trial.
There's a particularly interesting quote here:
Jarrett is one of Obama's closest advisers. Having her in the Senate would have pushed through Obama's agenda a lot easier than the corrupt Roland Burris. The main question here is if anything else is going to come out about this.

Bare Majority Say Obama Qualified; More Say Hillary Is
According to a new Rasmussen poll, public confidence in Barack Obama's very ability to serve as President of the United States has fallen dramatically. After booting the ball on the economy, the oil spill, and other recent events, just a bare majority believe that he is qualified to be president. This number has fallen under the number that voted for him in 2008.

Hillary Clinton: 57%
Barack Obama: 51%
Mitt Romney: 49%
Newt Gingrich: 35%
Sarah Palin: 26%
This poll lands some bad news on the doorsteps of both Palin and Obama. Palin's numbers are far below what is necessary to raise in one electoral cycle. For Obama, if his number falls below 50% it's not unlikely that Hillary could challenge him in a Democratic primary.

Is Obama screwed for 2012?
The 2008 United States Presidential Election went like this:
Florida
Obama - 4,282,074 - 50.92% - 27 Electoral Votes.
McCain - 4,045,624 - 48.10% - 0 Electoral Votes.
A recent June 2010 Quinnipiac Poll sampling of 1,133 Floridians:
Obama Job Performance
Disapprove - 54% - 91% of GOP, 50% of Ind, and 14% of Dem.
Approve - 40% - 81% of Dem, 43% of Ind, and 6% of GOP.
President Barack Obama won Florida with a cushion of just 236,000 votes, or by a margin of 1.8 percentage points. And now a recent poll from a respectable polling firm has his numbers in one of the most important states at 40%. For someone who faces the voters again in 29 months; a 40% approval rating is a bad sign of worse things to come.
Imagine if these polling numbers reflect voters from across the Nation? Obama won the state of North Carolina by 14,000 votes; the state of Indiana by 29,000 votes; the state of Nevada by 120,000 votes; the state of Iowa by 140,000 voters; the state of Virginia by 230,00 votes; the state of Ohio by 260,000 votes; and he lost in Missouri by only 4,000 votes.
Losing 10% support in all of the above mentioned states would cause such a overturn of voters that it might not matter who Republicans select to be their Presidential nominee; just as long as a Republican is on the ballot. Period.
Memo to all perspective candidates for the Republican Nomination: All you need to do to win the 2012 Presidential Election is to flip about 1,056,000 votes in the seven above mentioned states, which in turn will result in 98 Electoral Votes going into our column, leaving us the victors in 2012.

What in the Hell is going on in this World?
"It's the end of the World as we know it" might be a little too strong to define the current state of world affairs, but "what in the Hell is going on in this World" sums it up nicely; considering every political, war associated, and economic action is the exact opposite of Common Sense.
While the United States is steam rolling towards socialized medicine; Canada is running back towards limited market based health care solutions.
While the rogue North Koreans can murder four dozen South Korean sailors without severe condemnation; the lone Middle Eastern Democracy, Israel, is being internationally condemned, following a brief naval battle where Israeli Sailors were defending themselves against Islamic Terrorists.
While the United States economy added just 41,000 private sector jobs last month (caused Wall Street to drop over 300 points); the President is declaring a recovery based on 390,000 Census Bureau (temporary) jobs being filled last month.
Am I living in Oz? Why else would everything in the entire world be so lopsided towards stupidity, if it wasn't for me being transported to Oz; where the cowardly Lion is our Commander-In-Chief. Call me insane, or crazy, but things just don't make sense anymore.
The Czech Republican leadership is becoming Israel's lone steadfast Western ally. Capitalism and fiscal sense is spreading across the world; with the exception of America. And MLB Umpires are now completely blind as bats.
Perhaps I'm reliving an old episode of Seinfeld; when the main character of the show is living in a bizarro world (he's the same, but everyone else is 180 degrees in the opposite direction). I just don't get it - what would cause our system to collapse so damn quickly?
Answer: The election of Barack Obama as President instantly set us on a collision course with socialized medicine, weakening relations with Israel, weakening opposition to North Korea, a Private Sector without an advocate, and a world without a vigorous watchman of Freedom. I don't believe Obama is a "foreign plant" from Europe, but I do think he prefers European seeds.
Above all else in 2012: America must elect a strong leader. One that will never leave our allies side, that will never sweet talk our enemies, and that will never advocate a Euro-American system. Americans need and deserve a Leader, not a follower, as President of our great Nation.

While the United States economy added just 41,000 private sector jobs last month (caused Wall Street to drop over 300 points); the President is declaring a recovery based on 390,000 Census Bureau (temporary) jobs being filled last month.
Am I living in Oz? Why else would everything in the entire world be so lopsided towards stupidity, if it wasn't for me being transported to Oz; where the cowardly Lion is our Commander-In-Chief. Call me insane, or crazy, but things just don't make sense anymore.
The Czech Republican leadership is becoming Israel's lone steadfast Western ally. Capitalism and fiscal sense is spreading across the world; with the exception of America. And MLB Umpires are now completely blind as bats.
Perhaps I'm reliving an old episode of Seinfeld; when the main character of the show is living in a bizarro world (he's the same, but everyone else is 180 degrees in the opposite direction). I just don't get it - what would cause our system to collapse so damn quickly?
Answer: The election of Barack Obama as President instantly set us on a collision course with socialized medicine, weakening relations with Israel, weakening opposition to North Korea, a Private Sector without an advocate, and a world without a vigorous watchman of Freedom. I don't believe Obama is a "foreign plant" from Europe, but I do think he prefers European seeds.
Above all else in 2012: America must elect a strong leader. One that will never leave our allies side, that will never sweet talk our enemies, and that will never advocate a Euro-American system. Americans need and deserve a Leader, not a follower, as President of our great Nation.

How To Survive The Obamaclipse (Part 2 of 2)
Dear Friends,
In the last installment of this two part series, I shared with you some survival skill to survive the impending Obamaclipse and the Obamean Winter following it. I am back once again to share with you stragies for success in the harsh times coming ahead. Now remember these only work if you carry them out. And remember, smashing Obama shaped fudge statues IS therapedic for the soul and mind.

Ok, here are your tips for survival to add on to my first ten. The first ten are like the 10 commandments of survival, these are more like principles it would be a good idea to follow:
1. Save as much money as you can. You are going to need it to pay your new friends, the jihadis to buy things that go bang and boom. Things that go pop are not allowed. Now they are going to try and con you on the deal. That's ok, because they really is no use for the money they're getting anyway. They are going to die of plague and starvation and go meet thier virgins long before the realize how stupid they were. Pray that they are not as stupid in the afterlife as they were in real life.
2. Be ready AT ALL TIMES for an attack by the Obaminable monster, creater of the Obamaclipse and the following Obamean winter. He will eat your children if you are not careful. If you need help identifying him, look for a great ape-like beast with huge ears, that says things like "I'm running for mayor of the U.S" and "My grandfather was a ninja turtle", and (my person favorite) "We don't have to worry about the cost of my federal programs because at my last visit to Long John Silver's I got a map to pirate treasure." (Yes he actully did say these things, go check it out.
3. Remember, when confronted by the great Obaminable monster, scare tactics work. Just say things like "I'm for offshore drilling!" or "Let's put Bush back in the White House!", though the best phrase to use is this: (In a ghostlike manner) "You're looosing popularittty, Your ecooooonomic plan suuuucks, Even Acooorn and Colin Powwwell haaates you!" Trust me, It works, I have had to use a few times, and escaped with only a few cuts and bruises, because I'm so tough and awesometasic (my made up word. You steal it I come for your head, liberal or not here I come!)
4. Remember, Put up as many conservative propaganda posters on your cave as you can. The Obaminable monster will not come near with those up unless he's really hungry for conservative flesh. Just remember though, Rush Limbuah posters have the opposite effect. Because he is so dumb, he draws the Obamaminble monster closer, no matter how many conservative posters you have. So.. NO RUSH LIMBAUH POSTERS!! EVER!!
5. Lastly, but most certainly not least, make absolutely sure that your family and friends you are not turning liberal. If they do, it's ok though. You can cover the person in question in Obama posters and send them out to be eaten, If they return alive, you know they are liberal, and you must kill them before they bite you and pass on the Obamacillis Virus, causing Liberilcitosiscorposismanasis.
SO LETS RECAP HERE WHAT I HAVE SAID IN MY MESSAGES (1 and 2)

Hence another parody is needed. I could do this all day, but then that would kill the anticipation of when I announce I am in the process of making another one. (soon perhaps). Did President Obama Commit an Impeachable Offense?
In the last week, it has been revealed that the Obama Administration "offered" Joe Sestak "a job" to drop out of the Democratic Primary in Pennsylvania. The question is, of course, is this an impeachable offense? President Obama has assured the Press and the American people that disclosure on the subject is coming very soon.
I am not one for blindly calling for the President's impeachment over every minor scandal; I resented the same when Bush was President. Therefore, instead of pointing at spurious things, let us look at the hard facts (at least the ones that are obtainable) and go from there.
Article II, Section 4 of the United States Constitution states:
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
Further, offering someone a job to drop out of a race is unquestionably illegal. Here's the law, which is USC 18, Section 600 (with added emphasis):
Whoever, directly or indirectly, promises any employment, position, compensation, contract, appointment, or other benefit, provided for or made possible in whole or in part by any Act of Congress, or any special consideration in obtaining any such benefit, to any person as consideration, favor, or reward for any political activity or for the support of or opposition to any candidate or any political party in connection with any general or special election to any political office, or in connection with any primary election or political convention or caucus held to select candidates for any political office, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
The law is very specific, and if the Administration did this, it is very illegal. But does that mean that the President can be impeached?
It is unknown whether the President himself actually offered Sestak a job. If President Obama did not, then he cannot be impeached if he was unaware of what was going on. Likewise, if the President knew that the offering had occurred, but after the fact, he probably cannot be impeached. If the latter is the case, facts need to be uncovered about when the President found out and what he did about it.
The only way that President Obama committed an impeachable offense is if he himself directly offered Sestak a position, or if he himself told someone to do so.
The problem, however, is that what exactly occurred is unknown. Did Obama not know, did he spearhead it, or is this all a crazy misunderstanding? Until the disclosure that the President promises comes to fruition, nothing can move forward on the subject.

Lefty Mantra: "Bush's Oil Spill"
The left appears all too happy to accept the Gulf oil spill. Sure it's killing off wildlife and endangering the Gulf Coast. But surely it's okay because it's just one more thing to blame on George Bush. Keith Olbermann has been calling it "Dick Cheney's Katrina" for some reason and lefty blogger Matt Yglesias is on the mantra at the Daily Beast.
Naturally, he points to events from 2009, which of course are also George Bush's fault:
Makes a lot of sense to me. President Obama couldn't get his own director in for a half a year after taking office, and it's President Bush's fault. And the spill takes place almost a year after that and it's still Bush's fault? I'm not going to say it's Obama's fault, but it sure as hell ain't Bush's.

Article 1, Section 8 and Elena Kagan.
President Obama has nominated Elena Kagan, our current Solicitor General, for the US Supreme Court in replacement of Justice John Paul Stevens, who announced his retirement a few weeks ago. Members of the Main Stream Media and the New Media have been pouring through Elena Kagan's legal background, and one item caught my attention.
Before being appointed and approved as the US Solicitor General last year, Ms.Kagan served as the Dean of Harvard for several years, during which she led a protest against the United States Military and incorrectly wrote that it violates the First Amendment to withhold funds from colleges that ban the Military from recruiting on campus.
Thankfully the US Supreme Court disagreed unanimously, and sided with the United States Government on withholding public funds from Universities that banned Military recruitment. Infact, I wonder if Ms.Kagan has ever read the United States Constitution, especially Article 1, Section 8, Clause 12.
(Remember: Article 1, Section 8 deals with what Powers the United States Congress has)
Article 1, Section 8, Clause 12: To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two years;
The United States Constitution has ordained Congress with Powers to raise and support Armies, recruiting on Universities, if approved by both Houses of Congress, is one hundred percent Constitutional, and no University has the right to ban such recruiting; through "public statements" or otherwise; the argument that a University can, is a complete falsehood.
Elena Kagan has already removed herself from the supposed "mainstream" of Judicial opinions with her opposition to Military Recruiters on Campus, while touting the false claim that withholding funds from Univerisities that banned recruiters was in violation of the First Amendment, once again, false, through and through.
Senate Republicans: This woman must be stopped at all costs from serving on the United States Supreme Court.
