According to an in depth article by Stop the ACLU, 22 supposed "blue dog democrats" or fiscally conservative democrats voted for the horrific cap & tax act of 2009, the article claims that this is more important then the eight Republican turncoats - as we all knew they were Republicans In Name Only, but these Democrats are in districts that we can win in.
Lets also remember, supposed fiscal Conservative Scott Murphy voted for the legislation & our very own white Obama - Paul Tonko also voted for the legislation as well.

According to the count of the author of this article, 8 of them are in farming areas - well thanks for the added costs!
The backlash will grow, and the Senate will have only one option - not to pass this piece of junk legislation.
