114 stand for Capitalism in tobacco industry.

This is just sad, the tobacco industry has been attacked left & right over the past several years, instead of actually calling those that smoke the tobacco - the ones who smoke the tobacco, the ones who make the choice to smoke the tobacco, the ones who hold personal responsibility, not the ones who sell the product. Lets remember, you blame the alcoholic - not the alcohol or the company that sells the alcohol. Why doesn't the same theory apply to Tobacco?

The fact is this : The tobacco industry is a private industry which the government has no right to be involved in, and the government has no right to regulate - because those that purchase tobacco, know the risks of smoking, its their risk - its not the governments job to be a nanny state.

So a law comes up in Congress to give the FDA complete control over a private industry, yesterday only 17 stood up for Capitalism in the tobacco market, in the Senate vote (16 Republicans including Senator DeMint), today only 97 stood up for Capitalism in the House (90 Republicans, 7 Democrats including Congressmen Pence, Boehner, Bachmann, Hoekstra, and other Conservatives).

114 stood for Capitalism in the tobacco industry. That is a sad statement for the state of this Nation, which has had a huge tobacco for over 300 years - yet, the Obama administration, liberal hacks, and idiotic Republicans has ended all of that - as the FDA moves toward the ultimate goal - destroying one of the largest American enterprises in American history.
