Obama Breaks Promise on Lobbyists

President-Elect Obama had stated repeatedly that lobbyists were not welcome in his administration. In fact, he admonished John McCain's campaign repeatedly for hiring former lobbyists.

Now that he's been elected, Obama is going to bring lobbyists into the White House. And consider that he said this:

During his campaign, Obama declared: "I have done more to take on lobbyists than any other candidate in this race. I don't take a dime of their money, and when I am president, they won't find a job in my White House."

Didn't John McCain take on soft money and the tobacco corporations? McCain has fought against corruption longer than Obama's been in Washington. Obama needs to change course and keep his promise.
