FORT COLLINS, COLORADO- Next time you go to McDonald's, remember to tell them where to put your pickles. A Fort Collins man is suing the mega-fast food chain because they "ruined his lunch." How? By "misplacing" his pickles.
Jeremy Kedley, a forty-seven year old man living in one of Colorado's biggest cities has filed suit against McDonald's for $17 Million, claiming pain and suffering that ensued after his condiments were "misplaced" on his double cheeseburger.
In a release to the press, Kedley writes that "pickles were placed to one side of the sandwich, instead of spread out on the burger. This made the cheeseburger inedible after the first few bites because no more pickles were on it."
The release continues that after discovering that his condiments were "unsatisfactory," Kedley "approached employees on duty and asked for a new meal." When told that they could not, but that they would give him pickles, Kedley refused, stating that the cheeseburger was already eaten.
"It's just something that they didn't understand," he said. "I wanted the pickles spread out in the first place, I didn't just want a bunch of them. After I ate my meal, it was too late."
Kedley also alleges that employees berated him, saying that they told him "they couldn't give him a free meal and that [he] was making unreasonable demands."
McDonald's did not respond to our calls about Kedley's suit.

I hope he wins all that money. I am going to Burger King today to gripe about how their onion ring sauce is too bland and then file a lawsuit over it.
