Doug Hoffman gains 332 votes.

Unofficial results before absentees counted

Bill Owens - 68,963
Doug Hoffman - 65,787
"Dede" Scozzafava - 6,903

Unofficial results after some absentees have been counted

Bill Owens - 69,519 (+556)
Doug Hoffman - 66,663 (+876)
"Dede" Scozzafava - 7,198 (295)

With over 5,500 absentees left to be counted, the congressional election tightening, this could become interesting over the next week, however, Doug Hoffman would need a unreasonable amount of votes to swing his direction in order to claim victory.

I do know one thing, Scozzafava continues to screw Republicans over and over again, as her damn campaign continues to steal votes from Hoffman's campaign, and her campaign continues to help a radical leftist in his bid for election, even in the battle of the absentees.

Note - 50% of absentee ballots have gone to Doug Hoffman, 32% of absentee ballots have gone to Bill Owens, and 18% of absentee ballots have gone to "Dede" Scozzafava.

You cannot exclude any gain from depreciation. Any other section 121 exclusion goes on line 2 of the 4797.
