Top 3 Republican candidates for President in 2012.

Author's note - This political feature will be updated through out the next few years, this is my personal opinion only, and does not necessary reflect the views of Jumping in Pools as a whole.

(3) - Mitt Romney

The candidate who finished second last year in the 2008 Republican primaries, has remained as silent as a tomb over the past several months, speaking on rare occasions and keeping his main focus on economic issues. While a Romney campaign has not been on the mind of most opinionists in regards to the 2012 Republican primaries, Romney has the backing, and Romney would be the candidate of Moderate Republicans.

(2) - Sarah Palin

While Sarah Palin is a perspective candidate who was more involved in the 2012 Presidential election in regards to the general election, she does not have the handicap of being involved in the Huckabee-Romney feud that divided the Conservative movement last year. Sarah Palin does have a good following on the Internet, however, with her new book and book tour which is going with it, she is once again energizing her base and the Conservative movement.

(1) - Mike Huckabee

Mike Huckabee was the darling of the social Conservative movement and the Southern states during last years Republican primaries, he was also known for the feud created with Romney. Huckabee is performing the strongest in opinion polls amongst fellow Republicans and against Barack Obama, he has a strong political organization, and his television show keeps him involved in the issues of today.

Conclusion

Mike Huckabee is the strongest of all potential Republican candidates as of now, Sarah Palin is remaining relevant and becoming stronger with the release of her new book, and performs well with likely voters, and Mitt Romney has remained quiet for the most part, however, I would expect increased participation as the 2010 congressional elections arrive.

Oh dear GOD, not Huckabee. I don't care much for Romney (i would have picked him over McCain or Huckabee, or Paul, but that's pretty much it).

Huckabee is an amnesty-loving nanny-statist fraud, little better than a Clinton. Having lived in Arkansas during Clinton's never-ending regime and the Huckabee years, I'm telling you, we do NOT want Huckabee in the White House. As bad as Bush was for the GOP, Huckabee is a hundred times worse.

The Mormons believe we all lived in Heaven with Heavenly Father, several Heavenly Mothers, and 20 Billion Heavenly Siblings. Then there was a war. The good guys won and were born White. The bad guys lost and became demons. Those who were neutral or did not fight bravely were born with non-white skin. The bravest of the brave were born to Mormon families.
