The attempted killer of President Gerald Ford, a member of the Manson gang, is being released from prison within the next few weeks/months. I have a few questions - what the hell is wrong with America? Why the hell are we releasing someone who attempted to assassinate the President of the United States? Why the hell was this idiot not given the death penalty?
Has the respect of the office of President, and the people have lost so much value in this Nation, that they even won't support the death penalty for someone who attempted to kill the leader of the FREE WORLD?! Even if you did not give the death penalty, should someone who has attempted to kill the President of the United States, ever be released? NO!
What is wrong with America? What is wrong with those in charge of paroling dangerous criminals from behind bars in California? What is wrong with this picture?
Everything, everything is wrong. Someone who attempts to kill the President of the United States, should never be released, should never live for long afterwards of being convicted of such crime. However, Americans just never get it.....even when a President's life is in or was at danger.
