Ford announces profit, keep Obama away.

It was announced earlier this morning that Ford, the only major American automobile company which did not receive a bailout, has posted a one billion dollar profit during the third quarter. While the report includes the idiotic notion "Cash for Clunkers" had anything to do with it, considering their sales flat lined big time after the welfare for automobiles program ended, and most who purchased a car we're bound to anyhow, the article does have it right on one line.

Ford, the only Detroit automaker to dodge direct government aid and bankruptcy court, surprised investors with net income of nearly $1 billion in the third quarter and forecast a "solidly profitable" 2011.

Ford did not take one dime from the federal government. Thus, Ford has become the car of the American people, as Government Motors and the disgrace that is Chrysler have become symbols of government out of control. Not only that, Ford has managed their assets as a Private company, while there is much still to do in terms of bringing down costs in relation to the damn unions, they are moving on up.

If Ford wants to continue to profit and survive, I would suggest they keep Obama, all Democrats, and Timothy Geitnher away from their company. They we're under pressure to accept a bailout several months ago, however, they stood firm. Ford is a great American example, stand firm on your principles, succeed in the American market.
