Hurricane Ida Projected Path

Hurricane Ida is currently in the Gulf of Mexico and has sustained winds of 75 MPH. As of now, the storm is moving Northwest at a rate of six miles per hour.

As we all know, Hurricane Katrina brought devastation upon New Orleans, and it appears that Ida may hit the great city. Projections have it hitting strongly near New Orleans at over 50%, as seen on the accompanying graph. We can only hope that it misses.
