In addition to me, other bloggers, including SISU and Jumping in Pools, and Twitterers, such as NorsU, have been sounding the alarm that Brown needs some help. He is a solid fiscal conservative, and electing him may be all it takes to stop Obamacare since the final votes in the Senate likely will take place after January 19.
Brown is going to have to do it on his own, with the help of social media advocates. Whether Brown wins or loses, not to make the effort with such a good candidate in an open seat shows the shortsighted mindset in the national GOP.
William Jacobson is 100% correct. National Republicans might be giving up on Scott Brown, but strong supporters in the Conservative blogosphere will not give up! Sure, our ranks have not circled around Brown's campaign like we have hoped for, but that doesn't mean we're going to stop campaigning and advocating for Brown's campaign, a campaign that could lead to the first successful Republican bid for the United States Senate since the sixties in Massachusetts.
We have just three weeks left, that is all it took for Doug Hoffman's campaign, that is all it will take for Scott Brown, if we start fighting this minute. We need national Conservative organizations, politicians, and advocates to be on the stump for Brown's campaign, and we need it now!
