Interview with Chris Riggs, Congressional Candidate in California's 44th District

Jumping in Pools is proud to present our 78th interview in our on-going series. Today, we are pleased to have Republican Chris Riggs of California answer some of our questions. Mr. Riggs is a conservative who is running for election in California's Forty-Fourth Congressional district. Feel free to check out his campaign site here. Thanks to Mr. Riggs for an interesting interview:

Why are you the best choice for California's 44th District?

Well, since the choice is between me and a philandering, penchant desire for anything pork, 9 term incumbent RINO that almost lost the seat to a Liberal in a Conservative district in the last election cycle I’d say the short answer is, “Because I’m not that guy.”

Do you believe that Ken Calvert is qualified to serve the people of
the 44th?

No. (See answer above) But, (See answer below).

If you go by the definition of Article 1 Section 2 of the United States Constitution, so far as I know he is at least twice as old as the required age of 25 years and has been a citizen for at least 7 years, and therefore, under this definition, qualified.

If Mr. Calvert wins the Republican nomination for your district, would
you support him in the general election?

Yes.

What plans do you have to help your district economically?

Fight harder and yell louder than anyone to Repeal Obamacare (which has already inspired a withdrawal of quality students from the medical field.), repeal the Death Tax, capital gains tax, reduce the federal income tax rate. and anything else to ease the burdens that stop employers from being able to hire.

If given the chance, would you vote to repeal ObamaCare? Why?

You better believe it. Obamacare is not the will of the people. And even if it were, WE CANNOT AFFORD IT. Should the US jump off of a bridge just because all the other effeminate European countries are doing it? Of course not. Obamacare is not reform, it is economic retrograde.

Anything else you would like to add?

No.
