I Thought the World Was Going to be a Utopia When Obama was Inaugurated

This is a kind of a rhetorical question, but one that needs to be answered. Throughout the Presidential campaign I was promised, if Barack Obama was elected President, that the country would be united as one and that life would be oh so grand.

Well, where is all of this?

As I watch the news, I see the American people reel against the Stimulus Bill and I see all but three Republicans in Congress standing against it. Thus the country is divided on the very first bill that President Obama has tried to shove through the Legislature.

All is life all so grand? Is the economy better? Of course it isn’t. You can say that Obama inherited a bad economy; that is true. But you can easily say that he has made it worse. I particularly am reminded of the DOW plummeting over 200 points because of strife with the Stimulus Bill.

And here I thought that rivers would flow with honey and the streets would be paved with gold.

But this *is* a utopia. A Leftist utopia of strife, discord and deterioration.

Well, what do you expect? The Nam is a Neo_Marxist. He is a great speaker, he can MOVE you on an emotional level. Unfortunately for you and millions of others, NO ONE looked at what he had DONE, and what was available, he HID himself. His Immigration status for one, his College Papers for two, his legal works, all unavailable. All this should have told people that the man is hiding things. Why? Because he is a Socialist, a Marxist, and hangs out with people who think violent revolutions to that end are ok.
What did you expect? There is NEVER going to be any pot of Gold in the Obama Administration, unless you are the reciepent of some of his PORK, But then most Americans are not members of ACORN so you might be screwed there too.

This IS a utopia. The government is giving me $14 extra a week in exchange for $6,000 in the stimulus bill.

And you thought it would happen in three weeks...

Well...you probably thought we'd be in and out of Iraq in three months too...
