Yesterday's polls in Britain provided what many were expecting, a hung parliament. In this case, no party has enough votes to create an absolute majority, just as what happened recently in Iraq. Under these circumstances, one of the top three parties must create a coalition with one of the others in order to create a working majority. When this happens, said coalition can create a government, including a Prime Minister. Smart money right now is on Conservative leader David Cameron.
