With the vote looming when it comes to the confirmation of Sonia Sotomayor, who will bring a liberal bent to the Court, a very anti-second amendment stance, and of course....her rich history of racial favor over the blindness of what the law is suppose to be. Most, expect an easy confirmation for the nominee, however the question over how the Republicans will vote, will partially be answered in this post.

Senator Grassley, Senator Hatch, Senator Cornyn, Senator Hutchison, Senator McCain, Senator Wicker, Senator McConnell, Senator Bunning, Senator Chambliss, Senator Isakson, Senator Johanns, Senator Kyl, Senator Coburn, Senator Bennent, Senator Roberts, Senator Brownback, Senator Cochran, Senator Inhofe, Senator Thune, Senator Burr, Senator Corker, Senator Crapo, Senator DeMint, Senator Risch, Senator Shelby, Senator Vitter, and Senatr Sessions.
Republicans pending (7) :
Senator Barbasso, Senator Enzi, Senator Bond, Senator Ensign, Senator Gregg, Senator Murkowski, Senator Vionovich.
Republicans support (6) :
Senator Snowe, Senator Collins, Senator Lugar, Senator Graham, Senator Martinez, Senator Alexander.
Currently, I cannot find official statements of approval by numerous Democrats, however I expect a 100% support from the Democrats, as they just love to espouse judicial activism.
Hopefully, Republicans can garner a 1/3rd of the Senate to oppose Sotomayor, to send a tough message.
