War on pirates.

After the first attack on an American ship by Pirates in over 200 years, I supported arming our men with weapons, and sending our Navy out to destroy the Somali Pirates. Well, no-one listened to me, and seven months later the Somali Pirates have attacked the exact same American ship again, however, this time armed guards we're on board.

Somali pirates attacked the Maersk Alabama on Wednesday for the second time in seven months, though private guards on board the U.S.-flagged ship repelled the attack with gunfire and a high-decibel noise device.

Once again, I am calling for all sailors to be armed with weapons, or at the least most of them to be armed with weapons, and I am calling for the United States to declare war on these pirates, or at the least send the Navy out to destroy them. This is a war, we have been attacked twice by a violent enemy, a terrorist enemy, it is time to fight......

Thomas Jefferson fought Pirates during his time as President, and won. It is time for America to once more declare that we will not deal with Pirates on the high seas or attacking our ships, these are enemies and terrorists, and they must be dealt with as such.
