The Battle for Joe Chicoine's Soul, Part 2

We last left John McCain storming the White House, where President Obama was keeping Joe's soul. McCain had successfully traversed Pennsylvania Avenue, defeating guards with his stealth, speed, and strength. Read Part 1 here.

And now, we continue.

John McCain steps up to the front doors of the White House, sweat beading down his brow. He looks at the windows, contemplating a different entry point, but decides against a sneak attack. "That's just not my style," he laughs to himself.

The Veteran raises his fist against the door... and knocks, a warning of sorts to the inhabitants inside. He then gently puts his ear to the door, listening to the movements of guards on the inside. Patiently, McCain waits until he discerns that someone has come to check the area. With lightning quickness, the Senator punches through the door and grabs the man on the other side of the door.

The guard shrieks in terror as McCain punches through the door with his other fist, opening it in the fray. In abrupt anger, the War Vet raises the security into the air, and demands, "Where is Joe?"

"I don't know," the man replies to McCain's disbelieving ears.

"I will ask you again, son, where is Joe," the Senator asks, his other hand forming into a fist.

"Our leader said we cannot tell you anything, and my oath," the guard's sentence comes to an abrupt halt. He seems to be shocked to realize that he is flying through the air, out of the White House's first story window.

McCain laughs. "Well, my oath is to save Joe, youngster, and you're not going to stand in my way." The man hits the ground with a loud 'thump' and lays on the grass unconscious. "I'll find Joe myself."

Taking a step forward, the Senator realizes that he has created quite a commotion and that security was quickly rushing to surround him. He turns his head and sees the gathering of men and women protecting the White House around him.

"Lay down on the floor with your hands on your head, Senator," a man in uniform yells. "No one has to get hurt."

"Fools," McCain sneers. The guards watch as he slowly puts his hands on his head, only to seemingly evaporate. "Where the hell is he," one of the watchmen shout. "Into thin air," another whispers in disbelief.

From behind the Senator is swiftly moving, having used his cheetah-like speed to disappear from the naked eye. In his hand is a net and rope, which he always carries around for times like these. Unbeknownst to the guards, McCain is quickly encircling them with the net, fastening it to the rope, and...swoosh, up goes security.

McCain pulls up the six guard contingent in the net using his God-like strength. They hand several feet in the air, as the Senator ties his rope to a pillar. "That should hold you for a while," he sneers.

"I'm coming, Joe."
