English Striker Declared "Ugliest Footballer on the Planet"

Apparently, a striker in soccer is someone who is usually on offense and is "good" at scoring goals.  Also, English striker Wayne Rooney has been declared the "ugliest footballer on the planet."  After being defeated in the World Cup, surely this will not help Rooney recover.

As one of the shamed England footballers to be booted out of the World Cup last week, Wayne Rooney might well have been hoping for something to cheer him up.

But being voted the ugliest footballer on the planet is unlikely to boost his spirits.

The Manchester United striker topped the list of aesthetically-challenged footballers in an online poll by BeautifulPeople.com.

Ah, this Rooney character couldn't be that...
