I first became aware of Vital Energy when I came across a viral video its owners created, which garnered more than 250,000 hits on YouTube. It was a neat video, so I contacted the CEO of VE, Michael Joseph, and interviewed him. In time, I got my hands on Vital Energy, and here is what I've found.
Since I'm off from college, and only work in the early morning for a short amount of time, my sleeping schedule is all screwed up. So, the day that I got VE, I woke up at about three in the afternoon. Come 6am (fifteen hours later), I was starting to get sleepy, so I drank about half a bottle of Tangerine flavor. Half a bottle. Come 7am, I was awake. Come 8am, I was awake. Come 9am, 10am, and 11am, I was awake. I finally got tired at 11:30am and went to sleep. That was five and a half hours of energy from half a bottle.
So I might as well say this now, since it is the most important thing: Vital Energy is the most energizing drink I've ever had. I've had Nos, Rockstar, Coffee, Tea, Monster, and so on, but this one tops them all. It does the job that it was made to do.
Another impressive thing about VE is that it tastes unlike the average energy drink. While it won't win any awards for fantastic taste (though it does not taste bad), the flavor is a breath of fresh air.
I also tested VE for its hydration qualities. While I want to stress that this product is not specifically made for hydrating people, it did a good job. I drank most of one while playing baseball for two hours, and I never felt I needed anything more.
So, to compartmentalize my review:
Energy: 5/5
Flavor: 3.5/5
Originality: 4.5/5
Hydration: 4/5
Overall: 4.25/5: Excellent

What exercises could I do in the morning to give me vital energy for work during the day?
