Obama Disapproval Over Approval for First Time

President Barack Obama's approval rating has fallen below his disapproval rating for the first time, according to Real Clear Politics' average of major pollsters.

According to the RCP average 47.3% of voters approve of the job the President was doing while 47.8% disapprove.
