For all those who are Irish once a year, grab a pint and lets celebrate!
Even though the annual Irish celebration is branded and based on Christian overtones of a real life saint from the 400's, who according to legend used the shamrock to explain the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost to pre-Christian Irishmen, green beer and parades have become the leading symbols of today.
I will be eating corn beef this evening, wearing a green New York Jets sweatshirt and hat all afternoon long, and despite the fact I am not catholic, will respect the catholic-religious aspects of this annual celebration.
Have a great Day folks!
