Draw Muhammad Day

Today is the so-called "Draw Muhammad Day." Originally started by Molly Norris of Seattle after the South Park controversies, the day has gotten national attention and many followers. Norris eventually backed down from supporting the day, stating that the became "scared" of upset Muslims, but the event continued regardless.

Personally, I support the idea of Draw Muhammad Day, but only if Islam's prophet is not made fun of in the drawing. The whole point is to create non-offensive images to show that anyone can be drawn under our First Amendment rights.
