Lebron James has spoken.

The entire world has been watching. ESPN anchors have been asking. Certain individuals have been ignoring. That's right - the Lebron James-ESPN-NBA freak show has finally officially ended with "King James" signing with the Miami Heat franchise. Thank goodness! Our lives can now move onto more important topics of discussion.

Damn it. I just have to talk about LeBron James for just a minute (God forgive me). Does anyone want to wager that "King James" is leaving the tax happy state of Ohio, for the anti-tax state of Florida, or at the least, taxes was a factor in his ultimate decision?

Who in their mind (knowing full well federal income taxes are soaring next year) would stay in a state like Ohio, relocate to Illinois, or even worse, come to New York City? Not me, and I'm sure that Mr.James is an intelligent man, who wants to keep his hard earned money.

What say you; did Lebron sign with Miami to avoid Northern income taxes, or was taxation even a factor when deciding on a new home, or does it have absolutely nothing to do with anything?

Championships. That's what it's all about. With Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh, the Heat have a great chance next year and into the future.
