Bad news as the 2009 Web Blog Awards have been canceled today. This is very unfortunate, as Jumping in Pools, in over 100 nominations for Best Conservative Blog,
received in the top-5 of "plus" votes. We were actually nominated twice in that category, but only one nomination counts.
Today the news was published a little past midnight that the competition was
canceled because of technical issues. I don't know if they'll be coming back in the future, but I had my hopes on becoming a finalist. Drat.
